Velo by Albor Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Velo, a content creation and distribution platform operated by Albor. By creating an account or using Velo, you agree to these terms.

1. The Velo service

Velo helps brands create content with AI, organize it in a calendar and publish it to social accounts they connect, such as TikTok. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately at alborapps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Velo to access it within the permissions you grant. A manual connection reads account identity and published video data; sending drafts or publishing through TikTok requires separate posting permission and your choice of a connected posting mode. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can revoke access in your TikTok app settings.

4. Your content

You own the content you upload and the content you create with Velo, subject to the rights of third parties. You grant Velo a limited license to store, process and publish that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including images of real people, brands and music, and for disclosing AI-generated or sponsored content where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Velo to:

• publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual or infringing content, or impersonate real people without consent;
• send spam or manipulate platform metrics;
• attack, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or bypass usage limits or billing;
• resell or share access to the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage credits for AI generation are consumed as you use them and are not refundable except where required by law.

Monthly subscription and renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged in advance at the price confirmed in checkout. Any promotional terms and eligibility are confirmed in checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel through billing settings. You retain access until the end of the paid period. At that point the subscription ends and the Founding price is lost. A later subscription uses the offer available at that time.

Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, you have seven days to resolve it and retain Founding status. Credits for a new period are granted only after payment is confirmed. On the first payment made after that window, access resumes and we may offer one opportunity to retain Founding: confirm the in-app notice within seven days. Without confirmation, the standard price applies from the next cycle. A second late payment after the seven-day window permanently ends the Founding price, while the account stays open at the standard price.

Refunds and disputes

Subscription refund requests, payment disputes and plan changes are reviewed individually by support. The billing system does not automatically approve or deny refunds. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact alborapps@gmail.com for review.

7. AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Review content before publishing. Velo does not guarantee views, reach or business results.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Velo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Albor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Veloin the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Velo Terms of Service; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using Velo and request account deletion at any time.
